Our experience ‘ran hot and cold.’ The exterior spaces at the inn are beautiful. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace at sunset. Our rooms (two rooms for four adults) were sparse with few amenities, poor bathroom lighting, thin walls (clearly heard conversations and snoring from the next room), and one small window (ours overlooked the street and ushered in the sound of barking dogs during the night). We were greeted warmly by the hosts at times and at other times completely ignored. We had dinner at the inn one of our evenings and were surprised by the high cost assessed - easily twice what we paid at other regional restaurants of better quality. (Euro 77 for the basic tagliere course alone, with us requesting half/shared portions???) Our fault for not asking before dining. Overall, our stay was adequate (clean rooms and comfortable beds) but disappointing.

Disappointed that our experience did not match the positive reviews we read on Booking.
