I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would happily consider staying here again.
There wasn't much I didn't like about my stay overall. However, there is always room for improvement, particularly in making sure all facilities and services meet guests' expectations. Aside from that, I had a pleasant stay.

The facilities in the room were perfectly adequate for an overnight and the shared bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming and the location was central to St Pancras station and near to a range of shops and restaurants.
Some of the furnishings were a bit tired and the price probably a touch on the high side, but it is London.

Location is all ,,that’s it
If your not fussy then it’s ok
Dirty sink and cracked dirty skirtings .shaky door lock
If you want spotless don’t book
To be fair one of the bathrooms I used was not so bad and reasonable and if they did that throughout it could be good

When arrived given a key and that was it ,,he left
It’s amazing they get away with it in London
£90 for this hotel
This myth that “ it’s London “ is nonsense I avoid the place now for this reason your a transaction ..that’s it
You can have a cheap but clean hotel but this is cheap and dirty and with a little love could be great
You can get a b &b in Edinburgh for £80 -£100 that would be clean but cheap and I know which city I would prefer go
