Overall stay was good,
We have stayed at other 5 stars as well domestic and international, but never paid extra for supplies in room fridge and snacks provided, not happy with this particular approach, as it should be mentioned in advance by reception during check in or it should be written somewhere in room so that people get aware, not expected from a good hotel.. suggestion- I will affect ur reputation.

The breakfast had a good range to select from and it was all very good. The location was very good for us.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The travel desk could have had more information about things to do, places to visit. The staff we interacted with was a little abrupt.

Staff were courteous and polite. The ambience in the reception area, restaurant (Tiffany’s) and bar was good.
Our room was a business executive room and presumably one the best available. It was dark and had a damp unpleasant odour. The pillows smelled of body odour, towels and toiletries were rationed and if ooor quality. Worst of all there was a party on the floor above us and from early afternoon until 1.30 am there were constant loud scraping noises ( turned out to be heavy chairs being dragged on marble floors) and the guest in the next door bedroom decided to have a party with his friends until 5 am. Terrible start to our holiday after 21 hours of travelling. The receptionists promised action but stopped taking our calls at 11.30pm.
On the mast night of our 3 day stay , all night preparations were being made for a party in the grounds which involved banging with hammers and other noise.
