Rooms were fine.
The meal. We had 5 meals and it was very poor. They gave us 3 meals which had peas. There were only 15 peas on each plate.
Another meal was beef chilli. One large spoon of chilli. Very poor food.

lovely property great location for local wedding we were attending, staff were so friendly
Rooms dated, clean but our room in old farmhouse had peeling wallpaper & stained carpet, food in restaurant was expensive & breakfast lots of items low or missing including plates & cups, once we asked staff they soon topped up

The corridor outside our room had a problem with waste pipe leaking and carpets were being treated 24 hours a day. The smell was awful. But it did not permeate our room which was important to us. The room was fine although toilet is very low. The property benefited from having a restaurant and bar on site. The breakfast was very good. We had fish and chips both nights but it was over cooked.
