The hotel facilities, location and all the staff are just incredible.
I would suggest to change an offer for the breakfast time to time, but overall the food quality and an assortment was very nice!

Very kid friendly and good facilities on site. Very good service at all restaurants and around the hotel. All staff were helpful and friendly.
Not much to do with kids in the evening. No entertainment. Can be difficult at times to get to Dubai mainland due to traffic.
When booking the hotel half board it doesn’t specify that drinks are not included in this. Prices for alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages are extremely high I.e. 18€ for one pint of beer

Beautifully designed and a luxurious feel to all areas of the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Food and drink pricey, even for 5* Dubai.

Unfortunately, it’s a bit unorganized here. They told me to wait 5 mins for a table to free up, or I can sit at the bar
There’s barely any help and the staff aren’t very friendly. I ended up having to carry my own bag down because they took way too long
