The hotel is located right next to Pattaya Beach Road with a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and various entertainment options right by the doorstep. Many rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach. There is a rooftop bar with an amazing view over Pattaya Beach. The rooms are light, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The only complaint would be the loud A/C units. While powerful with no annoying rattling noise, they have a loud rumble and wind-noise.

The location was lovely, I had a room with a balcony and a sea view. The best part of it.
Starting from check in process and ending with the breakfast next day, constant stress from the staff. Some of the employees are inconsiderate and rude. I was there for one day to reset from work and recharge from a noise of Bangkok. I earn my money with hard work just to be treated with disrespect?! Absolutely terrible experience.
