The staff were fabulous, very pleasant and friendly. Located very close to the Tower and the beach, and right next to the Winter Gardens. Clean and comfortable rooms and personalised breakfasts in the mornings.

Dawn was so lovely and accommodating after a cock up with Booking.com
She couldn’t do enough to make our stay the best it could be .
There was a terrible smell in the entrance and dining room .
Not sure what it was cats ?
It was quite overwhelming
Thankfully air fresheners in our bedroom.
So sorry to say this but it has put us off staying again
