Great location and view of the city. Comfortable room with excellent kitchen facilities. Great shower and comfortable bed. Handy parking in the building with easy access. Huge shout out to Dave at reception - friendly and helpful when I rang and also when we arrived. Fast service too when we couldn't get our TV to work properly.
Cleaners need to check bathroom supplies to make sure they are not empty.

The location
The feeling of telling them something was wrong with our room felt like an issue and we were annoying them when we asked for a different room after the tv couldn’t be fixed
