It was a great area to stay walking distance to everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The set up of the villa was great. The kitchen is very well equipped
The bed linen and towels always looked dirty even tho they where clean

We stayed at no1 villa for two weeks in October and had the best time. The villa was amazing with everything we needed. The staff where excellent from the manager through to cleaning staff everyone was professional and very friendly and if we ever needed anything we either saw them outside or contacted them and our needs where met immediately. The villa is set back from the main road and very private and secure but only a short walk from the restaurants and shops of Seminyak and also a short walk from the beach. If your staying in Seminyak we highly recommend booking here.
Nothing, everyrhing was brilliant

Our stay in Bali was absolutely incredible, but what truly made it unforgettable was the amazing staff and our wonderful hotel driver. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and the biggest smiles. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.
It was the little things that meant the most, the friendly conversations, thoughtful gestures, and genuine happiness they brought to every interaction. Their kindness never felt like part of a job; it came straight from the heart.
The true beauty of Bali isn't just the island itself, but the beautiful people who make it so special. We are incredibly grateful for the love and care we received. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We will miss your smiles and can't wait to return! ❤️

The villa is in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to Ku De Ta and other iconic locations.
It's old, tired, with amenities from the ages. The property could do with significant renovation to meet the expectation of its name...and the mosquitoes!!
