Location was good with a 7 or 8 minute walk to the Cathedral. Room and bathroom quite large.. Secure car park. Nice outside eating area by the river - we got a coffee from the vending machine and sat out for a while and it would probably be nice for breakfast
Absolute bedlam when we arrived with a large group checking in and a coach blocking access to the hotel access and car park: the reception area is quite large but is full of stuff so there isn't a big enough area to wait or even walk through with bags. I only saw 2 members of staff at any time in the reception area.
The breakfast looked good but because of the queues at check in we gave it a miss

Good location with basic rooms but clean and functional. Very nice breakfast which was good value.
For the budget price paid nothing really.

Great location and been mostly modernised, reception staff great and for France the breakfast is not too bad
Rooms are a little small
