The breakfast spread was excellent and location was very convenient to travel everywhere. The bar was good with a good variety of drinks and bartender was very experienced. Most of the staff serves with care and were friendly and helpful.
The staff serving noodles (Latit Singh) and the staff serving sushi could be friendlier. They hardly smile and looked impatient when spoken to. They didn’t make guests feel very welcome. I think they negated a lot of the efforts that other staff put in.

New renovated hotel , nice facilities, many swimming pools and good room conditon, parking is easy , good for families and kids
Quite expensive breakfast, even with guests 10% discount , it costs almost 45 dollars per person . Looks very good food , but too expensive.

I would not rate Haevichi as a 5-Star hotel. Exorbitant prices for dining and drinking options does not make a hotel 5-Star. Treatment by service staff was decent, but not extraordinary. If one wants to feel pampered or catered to, this is not the place. Inside cleaning was good, but maintenance of the rooms is poor - ours had several aesthetic issues and looked dated. Plus, the balcony doors were crusted with salt spray and very difficult to open.
