Very clean; excellent, helpful, friendly staff, much better pillows than previously. First class boulangerie very close and choice of restaurants.
Availability of blankets for those of us unable to cope with being cooked under a duvet

It was Gated which felt very safe
I had a late check-in but I didn’t receive a code for the gate, so other guests helped us through the gate. Once we got through the gate the check-in was easy

Good basic accommodation close to the route back to Calais which is two hours drive away. The hotel is a short walk from a very good restaurant- Le Manoir.
Provide spare pillows as an option.

Near to places to eat. Staff very helpful.
Check in difficult we were supposed to have early access but this didn’t happen.
Room very cramped we had to change rooms because of a broken toilet seat.
