We were very impressed with the staff. The unit we had was perfect for our stay.

Been there at least 20 times over many years. Good location and entrance off a side street. Parkomg OK but a bit tight for a ute, Good facilities in unit.
Bed covers a bit too heavy, has been like that for many years.

Location and water pressure
State of shower base - mould. Needs some new curtains -need block out and to cover the high window that no one can reach

Good shower. Location.
TV was broken. My issue wasn’t the tv but the fact that the staff member didn’t even come and have a look at what was going on or offer a solution until I went down after 3 times! (Over an hour and a half) . Good communication could have solved this issue or even some kind words would have been nice. It was two hours later and by a text fb at you said we could move the following night to a different room.
A basic check of the tv would have been common courtesy and just some manners. Terrible service .

"The room was very well laid out.
With a brain injury, I didn't need to have the ceiling lights on but just use the lamp next to the bed.
The location suited me greatly, i.e., nearby the University."
