The hospitality of the staff and the very comfortable bed.
Steps to room were challenging after a long day of walking, but we certainly knew about them.

Nice staff member checked us in. Big clean bathroom
The village is a bit on the small side, and not much to do.

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options, and sitting by the fire in the pub. Dinner was also very good. We parked our bicycles in the garden area in the back. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very good in Winchcombe.
No issues.

Friendly staff, table to leave a bag in reception and obtain key prior to check in. Very nice breakfast.
Room a bit small, no hairdryer and no hot water in the shower, with v poor water pressure. Had to have a cold shower.Discussed with manager the next day, some overall problem with hot water in the hotel, but no reduction in price offered.
