The staff were all wonderful. Friendly, kind, efficient and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional. We stayed for 15 nights visiting family who were being treated in the local hospital. Biohotel was like a home from home.
Nothing to do with the hotel. But there was a building site next door that started every morning at 7am right outside our window. The sound proofing was very good so didn’t affect our sleeping, but we couldn’t have the windows open.

Service was amazing; the staff was so friendly and polite. They remembered our names : )
The location is great and close to Usaquen. Breakfast was good!
Small thing: They use too much bleach to clean the bathrooom

Breakfast was good
They gave me a nice room the first day, and then they gave me a really small room, and when I requested to be changed, they charged me more for the same room
