Room good and food very good.
I have said this in previous reviewsb that you could hear alot of noise on early morning deliveries and kitchen setup for breakfast. I wouldn't let that stop me booking in the future.

The free parking at the rear of the hotel was a bonus. The pub had a lively, quirky atmosphere and the (deluxe) room was quite spacious and clean.
The location of the room, at the front, facing the high street above the bar, meant it was quite noisy. There was live music in the evening although this stopped around 10.30pm, and a truck outside woke us quite early. There was also noise from someone walking around at night in the room above.

The room was lovely bathroom tired shower wasn’t very good, toilets advised were not the ones in bathroom
Bathroom needs some work
The front and back of the hotel needs painting and the appearance has gone down hill, the restaurant which we have used in the path is no the same standard it was or the menu
I paid £301.50 for 2 nights without breakfast, checking back on bookings .com if I had booked that day I would have paid £82 with x2 breakfast which is more the fee so yeas I do feel I have been ripped off
