It was way better than what most of the 1 star reviews are saying about it
Only 1 down Side not many shower on the floor as there is only 1 shower per floor maybe add some more showers to each floor

I love the location, love to have the night walk along the Brisbane River side watching the city lights and ferry cruising moreover the stuff is very friendly and welcoming.

It was convenient to have a family room where all five of us could sleep together. The small kitchenette was also a useful addition, even though it was not very well equipped. Having a parking space at the accommodation was another plus. Considering that Brisbane is a large and relatively expensive city, the price was reasonable.
Unfortunately, this was the least enjoyable accommodation of our six-week road trip through Australia, particularly in terms of comfort, cleanliness and staff friendliness. The kitchenette had no stovetop and was rather basic, and there were only four chairs for five guests. The staff were not particularly welcoming either. Although the price was reasonable for a city like Brisbane, the overall experience was disappointing, and we were not particularly impressed.
