Its always wonderful to be here as it feels so comfortable. The staff is so good and caring that they make ur stay feel at home.Mr Swapnil and his team at the Front Desk makes sure to offer you the best possible room. The House Keeping staff is too good. The Food is finger licking. The Breakfast spread is too good having a lot of variety. Will always recommend people visiting Navi Mumbai to stay here and experience the best of the hospitality.

Good breakfast & Dinner - a small breakfast variety for international guests, but it has good quality
The toilet's exhaust fan doesn't work (room 1104). Please fix it

Staff is courteous. Rooms are big and comfortable.
The quality of facilities in bathroom is sub standard. Very old hairdryer (got it on request). No hand or face towels. Quality of toilet roll is poor. Room curtains were not even ironed.
