Breakfast was great, 24/7 tea really excellent, water and kitchen facilities available, we caught the heavy rain and the staff helped us to dry our clothes, really great people and great experience, I recommend and I hope to come back again soon
Everything was great, nothing not to like, on the contrary they were amazing!

The hotel is in a great location, the room was comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited. Improving the breakfast options would make the overall guest experience much better.

It is very central, and not very expensive.
More expensive than other hotels with better quality. The room smelled like smoke, and was pretty tiny. Not the best value for money considering other experiences in Istanbul.
Charged us twice, both at the check in, as well as our credit card. They acknowledged the mistake.
