The room and bed were so comfortable.
The room and all public areas were spotless. The decor was well thought out throughout.. the security in the corridors was spot on.
Staff were so very attentive.
There was a function on in one of the reception rooms which was really loud when we were in our room. Whilst I appreciate it was Friday night it was impossible to sleep. I don't know what the answer to that would be.
Bin lorry arrived at 6.15 am to empty the bottle bin. Well I think it was the lorry.

Hotel looked great, Nice clean room, everything I needed was provided for, the restaurant downstairs was good quality aswell.
Shower head wasn't working properly but not a big deal, corridor doors banging at night time where a bit off putting but nothing some earbuds didn't fix

Didn’t have breakfast
Room a little noisy with generators outside and also the radiators are set so high the room was stiflingly hot. Had to turn temp to zero and put fan on in order to sleep

Its location suited my purposes. The room was a good size and it had a huge bed.
A lot of potholes in the parking area. The mattress on the bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on. Very uneven, lumpy and a huge hollow where I should have been sleeping. The toilet seat was very loose so I had to lift it up to use the toilet.
