Warmth and attention from the staff. Special mention to Kareem and Ira at the check in counter.
Nothing.

Excellent staff, beautiful grounds, loved all the little touches.
There's currently construction at the hotel but it was still a lovely stay despite this.

Everything was above expectation, the team went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable
The only suggestion is to add a bit of music to the Adults Pool, it is a in a secluded area away from the noise of the main pool but definitely worth it if you value your peace.
A little music there and it will be Perfect

Bar staff were friendly
Not much of an atmosphere
rating would have been higher but we requested an early check-in which we didn't get and only get the key after 3pm.
