I loved the location and the layout. They used the small space very efficiently and it was very comfortable for two. We walked everywhere.
The check in process was confusing. They said they would send a code by 3 pm the day we were arriving and it wasn’t sent. I followed up and had to do a second identify verification that had not been previously mentioned. It wasn’t sent in advance so the codes didn’t arrive until after 5 pm. They also asked for the ages of the people who would be staying. We were 57 and 59 and there was a crib and high chair taking up valuable space.

The little extra touches were really nice, thank you.
The Jacuzzi did not work but it did not bother us.

Great location. Functional furniture enough for a family with two teens. Public parking (Magdalena) is located opposite the building.
