Very pleasantly surprised at the comfort and cleanliness. The restaurant was exceptional
Having to climb stairs when a tour group blocked the one and only elevator
And even when it was available it didn't go to the top floor so we had stairs to climb.

It was very close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was wonderful.
The beds were very hard but that was our only negative compared to how great the rest of the facilities were.
