Fantastic facilities, helpful staff, good breakfast, amazing rain shower.
Bed and pillows not as comfortable as one would hope for at a 5-star hotel.

The staff couldn't do enough for me during my stay. The hotel itself is fabulous, the food was extremely good. Once I checked out I realised I had left a shirt behind. This was located and the hotel arranged for it to be mailed back to me in the UK. I would definitely recommend.
