The location was perfect and central with easy access to the malls we needed to visit. The rooms where clean and tidy and very spacious. The staff was super helpful and the service was great. A special mention and thanks to Mohammed who helped us with our luggage on Saturday and stayed well past when his shift was over to ensure our luggage was safely loaded onto the taxi. The service of everyone in this hotel is superb and everytime I visit I feel like a MVP. Thank you.
There is nothing to dislike. Everything was fantastic!

Have been staying with sheraton mall of the Emirates hotel for years now and the location is great.
Have been staying with sheraton mall of Emirates hotel for years now and it's sad to say that each time I go the receptionists have gone from great to bad. I was shocked on this last visit to have a descent lady at checkout who was actually polite unlike the last few times where they made me feel like they were doing me a favour by checking me in
Sad that they treat returning customers in such arrogant manner.
