Great facility, clean. Great water temperature and pressure.
There was no access to a microwave to heat up some leftovers.

Dining room staff mixed with the experienced ones being great. The newbies had good attitude but just need more training. We held an event here during the day which was excellent.
Room was too hot- lighter Downie would have helped.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the bar and restaurant areas were beautiful and the food was lovely.
The room was smaller than anticipated but still quite comfortable.

Dinner was fantastic at the Orchid restaurant. Breakfast was also super.!
We did arrive to a broken door handle in the bathroom. Although it was explained to us the reason how this happened, it was frustrating. We were given a free drink at the bar to compensate for this, but we now feel like a room move may have been more appropriate. We also felt like the property was also very noisy between 11 and 1pm due to the party which was happening down stairs again reducing the overall quality of our stay.
