For a city break the living room was spacious for 2, the bed was comfortable and there was the added bonus of a washing machine in the flat.
The flat is in a convenient location near to the port and shopping area.
The arrangements for meeting at the flat were handled very well and the keyholder was very responsive to texts about arrival time.
There was limited crockery and glasses. Also worth knowing that there is no ventilation in the bedroom, but a fan is provided.
We were staying during a storm and there were small leaks from the roof during the night that made the sofa wet. Despite emailing and calling the company we got no response to resolve the issue.

Location is great. Room was nicely decorated. Lift available.
Place was not clean properly. There was no place to put the soap in the shower and there were barely no toiletries left. Bathroom needed cleaning. There was a glass with dirty water left on the fireplace mantle upon our arrival. We had to buy trash bags, bath soap, and toilet paper. Only one little trash can in the bathroom and one little one in the kitchen. Manager was over 30 minutes late for check in and greeting.
