Convenient , clean and reasonably good value for money. Apartments were well appointed
The check in process was cumbersome and took far too long. Initially we were assigned to the wrong rooms but got there in the end. Not sure if this is a normal complaint but it should be easy to improve the experience

A perfect location for the V&A Waterfront. The quiet terrace overlooks the active leisure marina with a choice of two secure scenic pathways to the shops and activities of a world class centre.

The apartment is in a very safe place located within the V&A Marina, only accessible with keys. This made us feel safe in Cape Town. It also has great views and is within a very short walk of restaurants and the Marina. The apartment has ample outside space even though it is on the 4th floor, and it is wonderful to sit outside.
The arrival was slightly confusing, but it all worked out in the end. There are two entrances and the staff were not quite sure if we had come to the correct entrance. But we had, and all was well.

Location and security
The patio area is practically unusable because of lingering bad smells, lack of sun, and really dated furniture.
We did not use the living room or the spare bathroom. The living have a saggy uncomfortable corner modularr sofa that reeked of old sweat and the spare bathroom had a funny smell in it!
Cleaning was surface deep at best with hairs all over the floors and muck in nooks and crannies
This is not a good apartment, sadly, and should be taken off your books, booking.com
