The staff are sensational.
The unit was spotless clean, as was the pool.
I was not so confident ordering Gojek and Grab rides, so the first few days, I felt a bit remote from the main Seminyak drag. After I got the hang of it, it was fine.

Spotless, safe, secure, quiet, close to everything, the pool is simply magnificent & and oasis. Linen is soooo nice & soft. Staff are professional, helpful, respectful & just lovely.
Nothing to with the property, it’s more the people that smoked out & near the pool, the smell was pretty horrible & wafted around everywhere.

It was beautiful and maintained well, easily accessible and close to amenities. I walked for 5 minutes to reach Sunset Boulevard. There were these really cool restaurants on the nearby streets. And the Frangipanis around the pool were such a vibe.
There isn’t an elevator. This didn’t bother me because I had help with my luggage. I only happen to notice this on the day I was leaving that there wasn’t an elevator. But this was not an issue because the staff were so friendly and helped carry the bags anyway.

Breakfast can be improved. A buffet style would be ideal
