Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean and tidy.
The main road runs right through the middle of Ashburton, so some traffic noise, but that is the case with most accommodation in Ashburton.

Arrived an hour earlier than expected. Weather was extremely cold. Staff excused for not having turned on the AC BUT no electric blankets on bed and AC difficult to take off timer. Bed itself was very comfortable and Staff very welcoming.
