Teleurstellend verblijf bij een net zo'n teleurstellende verhuurder Interhome!

De omgeving is prachtig.

De foto's van de accomodatie en de omgeving kloppen. De omgeving is prachtig maar de accomodatie is sterk verouderd en de inrichting heel erg gedateerd. Dit was vooraf bij het boeken bekend dus ook geen probleem. Wat wel erg teleurstellend was is dat de accomodatie niet schoon was, de koelkast eerder verwarmde dan koelde, de wasbak in het toilet lek was, de doucheruimte met bidet naar urine rook en door de gehele accomodatie een heleboel dode insecten lagen en de accomodatie in het geheel ronduit viezig was. Heel erg jammer en daarom ook besloten een dag eerder te vertrekken na nog wel een klacht te hebben ingediend bij de verhuurder Interhome. Interhome neemt de klacht echter totaal niet serieus en doet er verder niets mee. Wij gaan in ieder geval niet meer in zee met Interhome! Zeer slechte service en totaal niet klantgericht! --------- The photos of the accommodation and the surrounding area are accurate. The surroundings are beautiful, but the accommodation is very outdated and the furnishings are very dated. This was known beforehand when booking, so it wasn't a problem. What was very disappointing was that the accommodation wasn't clean, the refrigerator heated rather than cooled, the sink in the toilet was leaking, the shower area with bidet smelled of urine, and there were many dead insects throughout the accommodation, making the whole place downright filthy. This was a real shame, and we therefore decided to leave a day early after filing a complaint with the landlord, Interhome. However, Interhome didn't take the complaint seriously at all and did nothing about it. We will definitely not be doing business with Interhome again! Extremely poor service and not customer-focused at all!

Très bien situé, suffisamment près des stations de ski sans être dans le village touristique non accessible aux autos. Mais c’était à distance de marche, ce qui était plaisant. Aussi, il était possible d’aller faire des randonnées pédestres à partir de la maison

Les poubelles n’avaient pas été faite et certaines poêles non lavé, mais pour le reste tout était nickel
