Location was great - exactly where we wanted & needed to be.
The room accommodated our family of 4 perfectly, was very clean & comfortable.
Staff member at check in was extremely friendly and helpful as well.
At no fault of the property at all - the weather wasn't in our favour for our chosen stay!

excellent location - pool great - staff very friendly
i thought the floor wasn't super clean and i meant to go down to reception to advise - but then i didn't so that is on me.
if you are doing a short stay (ie 2/3 nights) I don't think you should have to empty the bins. I'm always a bit suspicious too of other people's washing up in terms of glasses and plates

Great location and great view from the apartment. Very helpful and friendly staff member in the office. Good off-street parking.
The building shown in the photos next to the pool is NOT the venue- very misleading advertising! It is a more run down building next to the one shown in photos. Balcony railing very short for the 10th floor and felt very unsafe. Room itself was great though.

Good location and large apartment.
The air conditioning did not work and there wasn’t much air circulation. Swob key didn’t work for the last night so I had to walk up 9 flights of stairs.
