We were in Chur for two nights - I upgraded the room for a small fee and it was well worth it for the views. Although it is away from central Chur, and the surrounding area is a little industrial, it is very close to the Giger Bar and shopping centre below. We were able to use the bus for free around Chur with the guest card (I believe each person receives one from via the hotel if you stay at least one night in Chur). With the bus we were very easily able to reach the train station, cable car, etc. The room itself was large, clean and exactly what we were looking for. We had a great time.
As above, slightly industrial around the hotel but the mountain views distract from that. Could use with a few more coffee pods in the room, but other than that no issues.

Breakfast, lunch, helpful and efficient staff, view, room and shower, location and proximity to public transport.
I thought that security in bedroom areas, could be improved allowing access on lifts and stair case with card key only above public areas.

Very hot shower
Although the hotel advertises itself as four-star, it felt closer to three. The facilities are lovely, but the service and amenities were disappointing: no coat or slippers were provided, and even the welcome drink wasn’t automatic - you had to turn a wheel to get it (if you’re lucky- I wasn’t). Staff didn’t ask how my stay was but immediately charged CHF 24 for a breakfast I hadn’t pre-booked. Here they were very attentive… The room itself was very comfortable, but the overall experience felt impersonal and unwelcoming.
