Loved the building, both outside but especially the inside decor and care given to the property itself

Staff where fantastic. Room was amazing, the little touches elevated the experience. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and also had breakfast. Food was excellent. Location was really nice, bang in the centre of Holt.

Very polite and attentive staff, great location, overall vibe of the building was terrific, bathtub was great, pretty views too

Disregarded our request to remove diffuser from room which can trigger a flare in my wife’s condition. Low ceilings in room. That the property described itself as 5 star when it definitely wasn’t. It wasn’t made explicitly clear that our room was up several flights of stairs which for my disabled wife wasn’t ideal

Location amazing, very clean, lovely staff, very attentive and friendly, good breakfast

Bed very uncomfortable, well used and dips, room 15 has large gap in brick wall from bedroom to the bathroom giving no privacy when needing to use toilet. Food in restaurant food was not as good as hoped for, very basic, overcooked chewy calamari, overcooked dark pizza, just bland not what you’d expect from such a lovely setting.
