The owner is wonderful, very welcoming. He speaks very fluent English. The guesthouse is very close to Amir Temur Mausoleum, we had a view of it from our window. On the roof of the guesthouse there is a lovely open area where people can relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, unfortunately we had been ill so couldn't eat much (much to our dismay!). We were able to get laundry done there (extra cost). It is walkable to all the main attractions from this guesthouse.
We stayed in the twin room. There needs to be a small light/lamp available for night trips to the toilet as there are 3 steps down to the shower room, currently there is only the main room light which means disturbing your companion. It was a bit more expensive than other places we had stayed at but I didnt feel it was of a higher standard to the others. Maybe the location demanded that price. The owner is amazing and i believe he with take my comments on board to hopefully continue to make his accommodation a success.

Daler and his wife were absolutely amazing! The location was EXCELLENT, the breakfast was so good and filling, and anything I needed they were more than happy to help with. Even going out and getting apples & bananas for my vegan friend.
The room was just perfect for my friend and myself and we loved that it was just a 10 min walk to Registan Square and very close to Amir Temur Mausoleum. Highly recommend this B&B!!

Everything was amazing! Room, location, breakfast, family who run the accommodation. It was an amazing stay. Would recommend, especially if you are traveling alone, want perfect location and great breakfast. Family is soo nice and honestly I felt here like I'm at someone's house. I loved that! View from the terrace is great. Of course, you should know what are you booking and check photos before. I've got what I wanted and had a great time there :)
Not possible to find it on Google Maps, so use something else, Yandex, or just call them :)
