Hotel is located on small dark alley but still felt safe with numerous city security cameras along alley. Central in Beijing with quick access to subway, Staff is 24 hours a day and went beyond to assist foreigners for taxis or local recommendations. Free breakfast and laundry. Free expresso machine a plus. Room 113 was extremely clean and comfortable bed, Older hotel but kept clean. Again, staff was superb.
Did not know that most people in China do not understand English but staff was able to communicate as many foreigners use this hotel. Nothing else negative to say other than to expect older hotel but kept clean and was a value for your money.

Amazing stay from start to finish. Jannie went above and beyond — she helped me rebook my flights and was endlessly patient even though I kept her on the phone for ages! Honestly, the whole team was friendly and helpful the entire time.
Little touches made a big difference too: hot coffee, tea and even drinkable yogurt available all night, plus cold water from the fridge whenever you wanted it. Great location as well — loads of restaurants and convenience shops within five minutes, including a fantastic dumpling place with an English menu.
11/10 for customer service. Would absolutely stay again!
It is not 4 seasons, but it is reasonable :-) breakfast can be improved though… but really, amazing staff made up for everything!

I loved the two ladies working the front desk. They spoke English very well and were extremely helpful. They assisted with my luggage and looked after me for breakfast. The property has a hostel vibe to it.
