We had an extremely spacious two bedroom suite and bathroom on top floor at rear of building away from the road. No noise from within the hotel over three nights over a weekend, just a little noise from outside the hotel. Location is great, close proximity to trams, light rail, the beach, Woolworths supermarket, bars etc
Beds looked average but were surprisingly comfortable
The hotel needs a spruce up, getting tired.
There's no lift but it didn't bother us on the 3rd floor

Great spot for slow St Kilda days.
Rooms do need an update, but acknowledge the need to keep the character.
