Breakfast wasn’t served
The lock to the door to our room was broken but the man at the reception desk helped us fix this

Great location and bed in 6 person dorm was comfy and suitable. Staff lovely and very helpful. Close to both Tasman Glacier and Hooker Valley Trails.
Sauna was v hot.

Private Room upstairs was cosy and had everything we needed for 2 nights. It's a little compact but we didn't plan on spending too much time there so not a problem. There's a large space under the bed for luggage which is really helpful. Bedding was warm and comfortable. There's multiple charging points, a few hangers, and sensational views of the mountains from the bed! Shared bathroom facilities upstairs were clean and sufficient, with good hot water.
Beds are on the firm side.
It's quite noisy - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
Communal spaces downstirs were on the smaller side and seating filled up quickly when we were there. It was very busy in general (was a weekend in the school holidays so to be expected).

The property was clean and warm and located within easy reach of all the important points in the area.
The room assigned to us was too small to accommodate 6 people. There was no space to move around and keep luggage.
