Super location, can walk everywhere in the centro. Few block from metro. Buses right outside the Hotel. In the corner there's a 24h bakery delicious!
The bed is a bit stiff and felt cold at night. We saw many people hanging around the plaza just beside at all times. They never asked money or felt threatened. Just be cautious and all will be good.

Clean, good location, breakfast area, you can store your luggage for free
The beds and pillows were not as comfortable as i would like.

It was really close to bellas artes and at a walking distance to metrobús and metro stations
The pillowcases and towels were stained, the personnel at the front desk was unwilling to help or provide much information and the way of answering was mostly uninterested

Location, everything is close to the property
The noice of the guests, I think they needed to let them know the hours of noise permitted, like 10 pm to 6 am, that maybe helps.
