The other room that I got had a comfortable bed and it was clean. The staff was kind. The egg breakfast was good.
I arrived late at night and they gave me a room on the ground floor that was practically on the street. The room had a big window, that was protected with bars. I was absolutely mortified with the amount of noise and safety issues!! I panicked and insisted on another room, which I eventually got (even though, they said they don't have any at first). The second room was better but a very hot and small fan was not enough. Also there is no mini fridge to put a drink or anything.
