We have stayed before in this hotel due to the location. its quiet but near to harbour and the beach. We really liked our room this time as it was in the main building by the pool. It was exceptionally clean and we received clean sheets and towels regularly. The staff are quick to help if needed and very friendly. Our shower head was broken and we had to shower while holding it over our heads. I reported it and was fixed by the time we got back that evening.
Nothing that I think important enough to mention

We had an amazing stay at Crystallo. The service and location is really great! There is bus stop 4 minutes from the hotel. We come home to a clean room everyday. AC is very cold also! so it is good :) The room is okay for the price you pay. the location is very ideal. There is also restaurant and night clubs/bars in walking distance from here. I would come back here.
Only the bathroom is a bit outdated and need renovation.
