Very quiet but close to everything.

Great location. Great communication. Great staff. Most of the facilities are great.
Unfortunately there was a plumbing issue in the kitchen. I flooded it when attempting to do our dishes. The water was coming out the cupboard door.
When I looked there were buckets catching the water that had overflowed. Husbands a builder so took a look. Figured it was not a new issue, requires a plumber. Staff were great told us not to wash our dishes and most apologetic happily provided me with a mop and bucket which I insisted on.
I put a sign up so no one forgot and accidentally ran the tap.
Hate complaining but this needed serious attention and there were guests coming in straight after us.

What we loved the most was how complete the villa was. It had everything we needed, and everything was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Putu and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more special. We also had a private chef at the villa, and it was an amazing experience. We even did a healing session during our stay, and the villa provided the perfect peaceful atmosphere for it. If you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for. The location in Seminyak is also very convenient, with great cafés, restaurants, shops, and everything you need just a short distance away.
Nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Villa was spacious,
Villa is in need of some TLC. Shower heads calcified, one bathroom unusable, pool needed a good clean (green algae), deck plugs lifting, window hinge fallen off window in upstairs bedroom due to large ant infestation. Paint peeling from walls from what looks like water damage .
