The best part of my experience was the staff, especially Vimal at the front desk, who was very helpful, supportive, and professional.
I feel there is room for improvement in the facilities. For example, adding an outdoor swimming pool or renovating the basement to make it more attractive and engaging

Location and level of security very good. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly
Asked for roll away bed. Took 3 hours and 4 calls for it to finally arrive. Tried calling duty manager but no point, didn't answer.
Breakfast - I got food poisoning, and was ill all day. Really don't expect this from a large hotel. They really need to sort out their kitchen. Guests should not fall sick due to the hotel lack of cleanliness and food monitoring.
