Hotel is right next to the best Beach in Alanya. Rooms are big and modern. Everything is high quality. Good breakfast.
Nothing. Everything was excellent

The look&feel, the pool and restaurant, friendly staff, close to beach and shops and restaurants
The lack of bathroom privacy for the sake of design - it looks cool, but is not

We love the decor and very large living spaces with spa bath and balcony overlooking the beach always having furry friends around to make your stay that much more fun .
Nothing !

The hotel has a stylish interior, a very nice pool area and good food in the restaurants. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The floor in our room was dirty and covered with sand when we checked in. Although the hotel is new, there were already some build-quality issues, such as the coating on the shower floor coming off. We reserved a table at the rooftop restaurant, but it had been overbooked and we waited almost an hour to be seated. A bottle of wine that cost around twice as much as the one we ordered was also added to our bill, which we only noticed after paying. We requested a premium airport transfer, but received an old Volkswagen Transporter with uncomfortable DIY-style seats. The website also advertises a gym with images, but reception told us that the gym has not been built and the pictures are only renders, which felt misleading.
