Die Wohnung an sich ist absolut top, sehr schön, sauber, modern und geräumig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon, die zwei komfortablen Schlafzimmer und die reichliche Anzahl an Handtüchern. Auch die Raumaufteilung mit einer Dusche/WC plus einem zusätzlichen separaten WC ist klasse. Die Umgebung lädt zudem zu tollen Spaziergängen ein.
Die Organisation und Kommunikation vor Ort waren leider sehr schwach: Adresse & Check-in: Sun & Snow gab fälschlicherweise Hausnummer 2 an (korrekt ist 2a), was zu langem Suchen führte. Die Beschreibung zum Schlüsselkasten (über den Biedronka-Parkplatz) war viel zu kompliziert – ein einfaches Foto mit Pfeil hätte geholfen.
Tiefgarage: Es gab nur die Stellplatznummer 3, aber keinerlei Info, zu welcher der drei Tiefgaragen sie gehört. Die Fernbedienung öffnete das Haupttor nicht; die richtige Einfahrt (links vom Haus, !max. 1,90 m Höhe - Wichtige Info,da essenziell für größere Autos!) mussten wir mühsam selbst suchen.
Kaution: Die Kaution ist trotz längst verstrichener 5-Tages-Frist bis heute nicht freigegeben worden.

Mieszkanie na zamkniętym osiedlu, brak miejsc parkingowych wokoło , a możliwość zostawiania auta dopiero po godzinie zameldowania i tylko do czasu godziny wymeldowania. Lokalizacja bardzo daleka od centrum ok 10 minut spacerem, a cena identyczna jak za apartament w Porcie. Odbiór klucza ze skrytki, która jest dość słabo widoczna. Czysto, schludnie, nie można się do jakości czy samego standardu doczepić.
Pobieranie srodkow za wynajem z dużym wyprzedzeniem pomimo faktu ze do konkretnego dnia można anulować pobyt bezpłatnie. Brak wcześniej informacji o pobraniu kaucji przy zameldowaniu. Długi oczekiwanie na odpowiedzi

1. 2-room comfortable quiet and cosy apartament

4. Very good location (5-7 minutes walking distance from the beach, several groceries within 300 m)

6. Nice balcony and terrace
7. Quick responsive staff - there was no cutting/chopping board in the apartament - after our kind request we received it on the next working day
Maybe this is not the most imporatnt and critical but TV set could be a bit bigger

Lokalizacja korzystna z uwagi na odległość od morza lecz niekorzystna dla osób szukających spokoju i ciszy.
Niestety lokalizacja obiektu jest mocno niekorzystna z powodu pracujących głośno 24/7 urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych w pobliskim hotelu.
