Great location, close to the river, botanic gardens and the shopping district. The apartment had everything I needed, was great being able to cook and do washing during my stay. The bed was comfortable. Nice to have a balcony and a view of the river too.
Their is some major construction going on next door. It didn't have a huge impact, although on one of the evenings there was a lot of noise from it until just after 10pm - that may be a dealbreaker for some people but didn't bother me.
The lifts also went out on my last night so it was a long walk down from level 19, however by the time I got back a few hours later one of the lifts was back up and running so again, not a major inconvenience.

All good
The room whilst tidy was in need of repairs. The shower head was broken, the window blinds were heavily stained and in one case the chain broke with no real pressure on it.
