We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very supportive, courteous, and always ready to assist. The warm welcome at the reception made us feel comfortable right from the moment we arrived.
The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the **pool-view room was definitely a bonus**, offering a lovely view. The swimming pool was also well-maintained and a great place to relax.
The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The hotel also offers in-room dining, which adds to the overall convenience. Another thoughtful feature is the library, where guests can spend some peaceful time reading books.
Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, with good hospitality, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

The location was very good, valet parking was great and their pool temperature and pool cleanliness was excellent
I think there can be some more authentic north indian breakfast options, like there was paratha, aloo poori only for a day and on second day kachori and chhole poori were there..
We felt there can be a bit more of North Indian breakfast options like Jalebis in sweet, Poha, may be one two types of Parathas, khandwi, dhokla etc

Hotel functioned very efficiently
Food was good but not outstanding. Would have preferred more Goan options

The lobby and entrance.
The staff in general were very friendly except for a few on check in.
Breakfast was ok.
The rooms were extremely small and definitely required a refurb. We had to move twice due to shower flooding the room,tv .not working. However the second room we had problems with termites and our case was covered in sawdust. We then got upgraded to a much better room on the opposite side of the hotel, but even this was dark and gloomy, furniture such as a nest of tables and a desk are a total waste of space, should be replaced with some drawers.
I definitely would not class this hotel as 5 star after staying in other Indian properties which definitely were.
