Great service, very clean and tidy, great parking space, great location to Claudelands Event center. Good location, felt safe. Shower pressure was awesome!
The kitchen facilities could have been better. for example the only cups the room had were small tea cups so making yourself a morning coffee was tough. Mainly the kitchen facilities could be improved a tad, especially as we were staying for 4 nights

The location is great and it is very quiet for being on a main road, it was very clean & comfortable. All of us said we would use the motel again if we were in Hamilton and that we would recommend it our friends.
For a room for 4 people we would have liked a couple of tea towels and a proper dishcloth, we only had tea cups and no Mugs, plus the complimentary tea etc. was minimal. An extra mirror in the living area is always good when the bathroom is busy!

Location to Waikato stadium
No decent coffee in units. When paying $445 per night at least have good coffee. There is no cafes close by so the motel needs to have a breakfast option
