The motel is small and serviceable. Not pretending to be luxury. Handy for me for my travel needs.
Current management was very helpful and responsive. If weather was better I might have used the pool. However I was just needing an overnight room for a quick trip to the Sunshine Coast.
It was all easy and no dramas.
I would have liked at least one bedside table. No option for low light with only the main overhead ceiling lights. Had to get out of bed to turn off the light.
A couple of other small improvements I suggest:
- ice trays available for the fridge even if not full on arrival
- light blanket option for summer weather (eg a cotton woven blanket) as options of only a sheet or heavy cover were not enough for warmer weather.
- it was disappointing that the TV did not have the ABC iView App (that I could find)

Close to shops and things on the Sunshine Coast
Cold water at 11pm when I went to have a shower ... disappointed.
