I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton in Zagreb. The room was comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the spa had a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was quite good. The fruits and the jam were fresh. The cook prepared omelette for me every morning. It was very delicious. I would happily stay here again!
The closed lounge was dusty.

Multiple lights were flickering in our room. Poop stains were found on the toilet when we arrived

Truly wonderful staff, honestly, one of the best experiences lately, in terms of that. Also breakfast was great, and plenty - again, with a very attentive staff. Also appreciated the gym with a view :) even if it was quite a small one, it's a decent one for a hotel.
In some parts, you could feel the age of the hotel a bit; it probably could use a bit of an upgrade or refurbishment soon - but all in all, a great experiene.

Told refund deposit was processed when leaving and still haven’t received it.
